The iSWAB™-Cells Collection Kit (iSWAB™-Cells-1200) is a comprehensive tool for non-invasive cell sample collection, stabilization, transport, and storage. This versatile kit includes a 1.0 mL iSWAB™-Cells device, four sterile applicators, a biohazard bag with an absorbent pad, extra barcode labels for lab use, an "Exempt Human Specimen" label, and an outer box for mailing samples. Designed for collecting whole cells from blood or buccal samples, this kit enables multi-OMICs analysis from a single sample of intact buccal cells.

The iSWAB™-Cells device is pre-filled with a non-toxic buffer and features a unique barcode for efficient traceability. Self-collection or assisted collection can be completed in less than 2 minutes, suitable for all population segments, including infants, toddlers, and the elderly. This kit provides stable room temperature collection and storage for up to 4 weeks, significantly reducing costs by eliminating the need for cold chain requirements. Ideal for a wide range of applications including transcriptomics, gene expression, qPCR, RNA sequencing, and proteomics, the iSWAB™-Cells Collection Kit ensures high-quality and reliable results.

Applications: The iSWAB™-Cells kit is used for collecting whole cells from blood or buccal samples for transcriptomics, gene expression, qPCR, RNA sequencing, microarray, Northern blot, nuclease protection assays, cDNA library construction, mass spectrometry, ELISA, Western blotting, and tissue biopsy stabilization.

Indication for Use: The iSWAB™-Cells Collection Kit facilitates non-invasive collection, stabilization, concentration, transport, and storage of intact buccal cells at room temperature. It supports multi-OMICs analysis, making it suitable for comprehensive research applications.

Storage and Stability: Pre-collection stability is 18 months at 15-30°C. Post-collection, samples remain viable for up to 4 weeks at 15-30°C. For longer storage, samples can be kept at -20 to -80°C.
