The myGel™ InstaView is an advanced mini electrophoresis system that simplifies DNA gel running, viewing, and imaging. Unlike traditional gel boxes, this system features built-in blue light illumination, allowing you to monitor DNA migration in real-time without removing the gel. This protects DNA from UV damage and ensures high-quality results. When it's time to document, the included gel imaging enclosure lets you capture clear, high-resolution images using just your smartphone.
Whether you need an all-in-one system with a power supply or a gel tank compatible with your own power source, the myGel InstaView offers a streamlined, efficient solution for any lab.
Electrophoresis Made Simple
The integrated transilluminator slides directly under the gel tank, emitting bright 465nm blue light for optimal fluorescence excitation. This allows you to track DNA bands in real-time without stopping the run or removing the gel.
Seamless Viewing & Imaging
The built-in orange filter lid provides crystal-clear DNA visualization, eliminating the need for external filters or glasses. Once electrophoresis is complete, simply place the gel imaging enclosure over the system and use any smartphone to capture and share high-resolution images instantly.
Smart, Safe & Efficient Design
A magnetic interlock lid prevents power from running unless securely closed, ensuring safe operation. The compact, all-in-one design integrates gel casting, running, and imaging into a single unit, minimizing clutter and maximizing workflow efficiency. Adjustable voltage settings (35V, 50V, 100V) and a 99-minute timer offer flexibility for different applications.
